Ramkrishna Niketan, an old age home in Shantivan Panvel, is managed by Kushtarog Nivaran Samiti and houses 50 senior citizens. Originally built in 1990, the facility was in complete run-down condition. With support from The Dalal Family Foundation, the facility underwent extensive renovations between 2018-2020. The restoration included a new kitchen, refurbished rooms for senior living, an activity center, improved drainage and sanitation facilities, and a beautifully landscaped garden for the recreation and relaxation of the residents.
