The Dalal Family Foundation started its association with AWMH in 2017 for early Intervention Services for infants and toddlers who are at the risk of developmental delays. AWMH’s program is designed to identify and meet children’s needs in physical, cognitive, communication, social or emotional development as well as sensory and adaptive development.
The foundation is a Strategic Partner of AWMH supporting two centers, Ghatkopar and Khetwadi area as well as the sports training of children across all five centers in Mumbai.
The Dalal Family Foundation also sponsors the flagship event of the organization, the AWMH Maharashtra State Cricket Tournament for Special Schools. This tournament hosts 15 teams and consists of approximately 250 students with Intellectual Disability and their 51 coaches. They come from 55 special schools of 16 districts of Maharashtra. The teams compete for the Dalal Family Foundation trophy, Jyoti Dalal Trophy and Pravin Dalal Trophy under various categories.
