The family of the elders can sustain their emotional bond with the younger generation. The Aadhaar Trust aspires to be a link between the two generations, one that brings happiness and light to them. The Dalal Family Foundation has partnered with Adhaar Trust for facilities improvements.

The Dalal Family Foundation has long been associated with Narmada Niketan and Aarogya Dham, a home for senior citizens at Belapur, Maharashtra. The home serves about 175 seniors with residential facilities, amenities, medical support of visiting doctors, and extracurricular activities in a beautiful and positive surrounding.

Built in early 1980s, the building and facilities were becoming run down and in dire need for improvements. The foundation supported a full remodeling during the period between 2012-2016.

Ramkrishna Niketan, an old age home in Shantivan Panvel, is managed by Kushtarog Nivaran Samiti and houses 50 senior citizens. Originally built in 1990, the facility was in complete run-down condition. With support from The Dalal Family Foundation, the facility underwent extensive renovations between 2018-2020. The restoration included a new kitchen, refurbished rooms for senior living, an activity center, improved drainage and sanitation facilities, and a beautifully landscaped garden for the recreation and relaxation of the residents.

Built in the 1920s, the Shady Rest Club house at the Scotch Hills Country Club and Golf Course, was the first African-American owned golf course in the United States. It is now owned by the Township of Scotch Plains. This historic site was recently refurbished and turned into a meeting place for Scotch Plains township seniors.

The Dalal Family Foundation has contributed to the refurbishment of this clubhouse with furniture that keeps the heritage of the building, as wells as benefits the township senior citizens.
